Made as a collaboration between Bloom Gin and the Primrose Bakery, this limited edition alcoholic cupcake is perfect as a cheeky Valentine’s Day treat – especially if your partner loves gin.
BLOOM London Dry Gin is championed for its unique flavour, a taste created by its blend of three distinct botanicals – honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. These flavours are used in the cupcake sponge, which is soaked in the botanicals three times.
Other elements of the cupcake include strawberry laced sponge, an edible chamomile flower decoration and gin-flavoured icing.
The cakes are available from now until the end of February from Primrose Bakery stores or via the web at www.primrosebakery.org.uk. Each cake costs £3.45.
