Tia Maria has created the Ultimate Christmas Cocktails to celebrate the launch of its newly designed bottle.
A coffee based liqueur, Tia Maria is already a popular ingredient for Espresso Martini’s, and is great for boozy coffees, which will be a staple drink for those unwinding after a big Christmas dinner.
For those who are looking for something a little bit more contemporary, Tia Maria has created the Tia Ginger to run alongside the Tia Maria Espresso Martini, both of which are listed below.

Tia Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
25cl Tia Maria
25cl espresso coffee
25cl vodka
10cl sugar syrup to taste
Coffee beans to Garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients together with cubed ice in a Boston and shake. Pour into a Martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Tia Ginger
Ingredients:
35cl Tia Maria
Half a fresh lime
Ginger Beer
Method:
Pour ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice, squeeze in the juice of half a fresh lime and garnish with fresh mint
