Soho based trattoria, Mele e Pere, famed for its collection of Italian wines and homemade Vermouth, is launching a tasting night inviting people to try a delicious array of Italian drinks and a selection of sharing plates.
The event, which takes place on the 13th February – an ideal early Valentine’s gift for people who love food and drink – costs just £15 per head, giving people a chance to enjoy a taste of Italy.
The night, which runs from 6pm – 8pm, is hosted by Head Sommelier, Ed Scothern, who will guide guests through the creation of the house aperitif, showcasing the best Vermouth’s on the market alongside their own house special infusions.
February’s Vermouth tasting class is said to be the first of a monthly class held at Mele e Pere.
